How is the training delivered?

Our HACCP Training is delivered online and on-demand. This means that the training is delivered electronically over the internet.  It allows you study at your own speed, stopping and starting as needed. We can also deliver your preferred training in person at your workplace. Please contact us at help@haccpmentor.com for a quote.

What equipment and IT do I need to be able to access this On-Demand training?

Equipment

You computer device needs to have the capacity to deliver sound and video. Training can be viewed on both desktop and mobile devices. A desktop device is preferred when completing any assessments.

Internet Connection

You must have a stable internet connection.  The minimum viable connection speed to reliably stream videos used in our training material is about 768 kilobits per second (equal to .768 megabits per second). We recommend a connection speed of at least 5 megabits per second for an optimal experience with HD capability.

Operating Systems Supported

The HACCP Mentor training videos are able to be viewed on almost every OS including Mac OS, Windows and Linux.  We also work with all of the major browsers and versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera, etc. Online training delivered through the HACCP Mentor website uses online videos which will work on any browser that supports Adobe Flash and/or HTML5. The only requirement for viewing Flash content is Flash Player 9 or greater.  We recommend the use of the current version of Chrome.

Our training courses have been developed by and are presented by a qualified trainer and assessor and follow global best practice for training and assessment.

HACCP Principles and Application

The HACCP Principles and Application course (2-days) is accredited by the International HACCP Alliance is is recognised within Australia as an international equivalent. We can provide a verification letter if required. Please refer to your individual compliance standards for recognition requirements.

HACCP Refresher

The HACCP Refresher course is accredited by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). HACCP Mentor complies with the ANSI/IACET Standard, which is recognised internationally as a standard of excellence in instructional practices. As a result of this accreditation, HACCP Mentor is accredited to issue the IACET CEU. This course is based on the HACCP Principles and Application course outlined above.

HACCP Awareness

The HACCP Awareness course is accredited by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). HACCP Mentor complies with the ANSI/IACET Standard, which is recognised internationally as a standard of excellence in instructional practices. As a result of this accreditation, HACCP Mentor is accredited to issue the IACET CEU.

How long do I have access to this training?

You will have access to this course for up to 12 months after purchase. 

Do these courses have any assessment requirements?

Yes.  A knowledge assessment and in-course activities are required as part of all course competency requirements. A certificate of competency is awarded to all successful participants. Activities and assessments aim to test your understanding of the course information and are mandatory part of the course accreditation process. 

Do the prices include GST?

If you are located within Australia, all of the prices shown on this page are inclusive of GST and shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).  If you are not located within Australia, prices are shown during the checkout process. All courses are purchased through HACCP Marketplace.
